Paul’s Fight
Paul Wild was a hockey fan that saw Amy’s story and decided he also wanted to do his bit for the hospital in Amy’s name. He went out of his comfort zone and participated in a boxing match. He trained for just a few weeks and got in the ring! As bad luck would have it, on the day, Amy was stuck in Weston Park, so Dad and I went along to support Paul. My first time in a boxing ring – thankfully it was just to present Paul with his trophy after he won! He raised over an amazing £400 and even won an award on the night for the fighter who raised the most for charity! Amy was honoured.
